Early Admission to Kindergarten
What is Early Admission to Kindergarten (EAK)?
Early Admission to Kindergarten is a program designed to prepare children for Kindergarten. The program promotes social and emotional growth and prepares the student for a structured environment.
Who is eligible to attend Early Admission to Kindergarten?
Children who will be five years of age by March 15, 2018. Official proof of child's birthdate is required. Space is limited and oldest children will be taken first.
When will the program begin?
The program is scheduled to begin with orientation on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 and end Thursday, June 14, 2018.
Where will the program be held?
The school day is 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. five days a week in a regular classroom at Dehesa School. Before and after school care is offered, please ask the office for details.
How can I enroll my child?
To register your child, you are required to show documentation for the following:
Verificiation of child's birthdate (birth certificate or baptismal certificate)
Immunization records (must be current on January 2, 2018)
